- Trading Data: Trade logs, symbols, entry/exit prices, P&L, notes, and attachments
- Mood & Psychology Data: Emotional state tracking and trading patterns
- Profile Information: Display name, timezone, and preferences
- Broker Import Data: Broker connection metadata, imported trades, account labels, balances, and sync status when you connect an import provider
- Communications: Waitlist status, email preferences, support messages, and product communication history

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address

4. Third-Party Services
To deliver a premium experience, we partner with specialized third-party providers. We only share the minimum necessary information required for these services to function:
- Supabase: Used for secure authentication and database hosting. Your account credentials and trading data are stored within their secure environment.
- AI Providers: We use third-party AI providers (including but not limited to OpenRouter and Groq) to power AI insights. When you request an analysis, we send relevant trading context after applying our privacy filters. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before use.
- Polar: Handles all payment processing. VantoraTrade does not store your credit card information.
- SnapTrade and Broker Providers: Used only when you choose to connect brokerage import workflows.
- PostHog and Sentry: Used for product analytics, error monitoring, and reliability when enabled.
- Resend: Used to send service, waitlist, and product emails.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies to understand how they handle your data at their respective websites.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
- Secure authentication with JWT tokens
- Rate limiting and security headers
- Regular security audits and updates
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

11. Marketing Emails
Transactional emails, such as password resets, account security notices, billing receipts, and required service updates, may still be sent when needed to operate your account. Marketing, waitlist, and promotional emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. We honor valid unsubscribe requests as required by applicable law.
12. AI and Trading Data
VantoraTrade uses AI providers to help summarize patterns, generate trade analysis, and surface coaching prompts. We do not use AI outputs as a substitute for licensed financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any insight.
13. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
