How do I cancel my subscription?
Click "Manage Billing" above (or in your profile settings) to access the Polar customer portal. You can cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current cycle.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
If you already have a paid subscription, click "Manage Billing" above to access your Polar dashboard. Go to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the "Change Plan" button. Upgrades are processed immediately with proration.
Why was I redirected to a billing portal?
For security and payment stability, existing paid subscribers are redirected to the secure Polar Portal to authorize plan changes. This ensures your billing history remains unified and proration is calculated correctly.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and select digital wallets through Polar.
What happens when I hit my trade limit?
Once you reach your monthly telemetry limit, new trade entries are paused. Your limit resets at the start of each cycle, or you can upgrade to continue logging immediately.
